Free delivery over £45
Standard UK delivery is free when the value of eligible products in your basket is more than £45. Any delivery charge, exception or location surcharge is shown clearly before payment.
When will my order arrive?
Available services and estimated delivery windows are displayed during checkout. Orders containing more than one item may occasionally arrive in separate parcels if stock is dispatched from different locations.
Tracking your order
When tracking is available, the courier reference is included in your dispatch email and stored in your account order details.
Bulky, restricted and remote deliveries
Some bulky products, liquids or remote UK destinations may require a different service. If an order needs special handling, the relevant option and cost is shown at checkout or confirmed before dispatch.
